Documents/Information needed for registration: 

1. Proof of Age Document*: (Acceptable documents include a copy of the player's birth certificate, shot record, government issued ID, or similar.)

*NOTE: Sports Engine does not retain copies of the Proof of Age uploads from previous registration seasons, so if you are registering a returning player, we do need the document uploaded for every registration season. Please do not attach random photos of your players in place of the Proof of Age document (even though they're cute!) We appreciate your understanding!

2. Determine the age group the player is in by using the US Youth Soccer Birth Matrix image below.
